Here is the mall’s strict instructions about how the event will happen:
MEET-&-GREET
Bella will meet and greet fans, one at a time, time permitting, as they walk through the official line and onto the small stage in Center Court. The official line is indicated by signs and marked by blue floor tape. Fans/guests are required to line up within the blue floor tape, wherever possible, so as not to block store entrances and access areas.
The event concludes promptly at 3:00 p.m. The official line will be closed in advance of 3:00 p.m. to ensure Bella’s departure. Fans lining up after the official line is closed will not be permitted to enter the stage area for the meet-&-greet. No exceptions.
After meeting Bella, fans/guests are encouraged to exit Center Court quickly, enabling remaining fans the opportunity to meet her as well.
This is a FREE event and open to the public. Fans and guests are reminded to conduct themselves appropriately and honestly, treating one another with respect at all times.
Fans and family members wanting to see Bella but not wanting to be in the meet-&-greet line are invited to stand in the secured Viewing Area of Center Court, while space is available. Entrance to this standing room only Viewing Area will be controlled by security staff. Once the area is full, security will close off the viewing area. As guests leave the area, more will be allowed to enter. Guests must cooperate with mall security.

The first 300 fans/guests in the official line for the Bella Thorne Meet-&-Greet Autograph Session will receive a free photo for Bella to autograph, while supplies last. First-come, first-served. One photo per person. One autograph per photo. No exceptions. Photos may be distributed by mall management as the official line is formed. IMPORTANT – To ensure fairness in the line, once a section of the official line receives free photos, no additional photos will be distributed to latecomers in that section of line.
Fans/guests are required to remain in line, holding their place. Please be respectful to all in line. Line jumping is not permitted.
Bella may autograph a single item brought by a fan, one item per person. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT – No cell phones or cameras permitted with fans/guests in the autograph line once entering into the Center Court area. No exceptions. Fans/guests are permitted to snap photos of Bella from 2 locations only: (1) while standing outside the Center Court area, and (2) from within the Viewing Area of Center Court only. No photos of “fans with Bella” will be permitted. No exceptions.
Charleston Town Center reserves the right to remove anyone from this event and from the shopping center at any time, as deemed necessary by Mall Management or Mall Security.
